Joining the Hot Mama team and building my own Hot Mama community is the best decision I have ever made because...

not only do I get to go to work with my son and set a good example for him about healthy lifestyles. But I also get to help other mama's on their fitness and health journey. I started with Hot Mama as a postpartum mom attending my free classes. And I grew to depend on not only the physical workout, but the chance to socialize and create a bond with other mama's! I am so excited to be able to bring this to the mama's of Fort Saskatchewan!!

My husband Jason, my son Tristan and our two dogs Bella and Shyla.

My favourite part of my body is...

my butt! I like to move it, move it!!

yogurt with homemade granola and fruit.......anything Chocolate!!!

My perfect Sunday morning is...

cartoons in bed with Tristan and my dogs. Then outside; for a walk, run or play in the park.

My dream vacation is...

already did mine when I spent a year in Australia and New Zealand!! So my next bucket list item is Scotland!!!
